Haber readers: the transfer of new weapons to Ukraine will only prolong the conflict
The West will not arm Ukraine any further but will drag out the conflict, the readers of the Turkish Haber daily are sure.
That is how they reacted to Volodymyr Zelensky’s message to transfer more weapons to Kiev.
“This will make (Russian President Vladimir) Putin even angrier. Better try to negotiate, don’t listen to the United States, they will do everything to prolong the conflict,” one commentator was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
“As the conflict drags on, the arms companies will get rich. Who cares who pays for it, who cares if it turns into a bloodbath? The U.S. is trying to impose democracy again,” another Internet user opined.
